Dark Amber and Ginger Lily by Jo Malone is an oriental woody fragrance for women, a cologne for women presented in 2008.
The perfume was presented in a pair with Lotus Blossom and Water Lily, in honour of ancient Japanese ceremony Kohdo, as its modern interpretation. It belongs to the Kohdo Wood Collection.
It's a dark, slightly woody, spicy and floral scent. Even after a few hours it still seems to last.
I find dark amber to be one of the more unique, inspired fragrances from jo malone.
Dark Amber Ginger Lily is a very lovely fragrance that has happily convinced me Jo Malone is worth a second look (or sniff).
